Giving Societies

Benedictine College is on the journey to becoming one of America’s great Catholic colleges. But we can’t do it without you. With your support, we can provide quality Catholic education that will help form new generations of leaders, innovators, and achievers. None of this would have been possible without the help of generous supporters like you.

The President’s Circle

Annual donors that contribute $20,000 or more – A President’s Circle member will receive a commemorative keepsake and be listed on the President’s Circle wall of recognition placed outside of the President’s office in the Ferrell Academic Center. They are invited to special gatherings throughout the year and are personally thanked by current students. They are also listed in the Spirit of Giving and receive the Raven Review. View The President’s Circle levels here.

Cornerstone Society

Membership in the Cornerstone Society is obtained through annual giving, July 1 through June 30, of $1,000 – $19,999 to the Benedictine College Fund. The Fund supports vital student scholarships and financial aid, fuels innovative academic programs, grows faith initiatives, and keeps your favorite Benedictine organization, department or athletic team strong. A special keepsake will be sent to all members and their names will appear on a recognition wall in St. Benedict’s Hall on campus. All Cornerstone members will also be listed in annual donor report and receive invitations to special events on campus. View Cornerstone Society levels here.

The Beanie Society

Young Alumni (10 years or less) that contribute $500 or more – Young alumni who give to the Benedictine College Fund between July 1 through June 30, with gifts of $500 or more become members of the Beanie Society. New donors to this society will be recognized with a special keepsake and listed in the Annual Report.

The Summit Society

Lifetime Giving of $100,000 and above – Individuals who have donated substantially through the years to Benedictine College will be recognized as members of the Summit Society, with lifetime of giving $100,000 or more.

1858 Loyalty Society

Those who have demonstrated a consistent commitment to Benedictine College through giving five or more years. View the different levels here.

The Legacy Society – Gifts After Your Lifetime

The Benedictine Legacy Society is a special group of friends who have made a lasting commitment to inspiring students by naming Benedictine College as a beneficiary in their estate plans such as their will, trust or by beneficiary designation. You can join this caring group when you make the college part of your legacy. By doing so, you will get to:

  • Meet people like you— with similar philanthropic interests
  • Maintain a closer relationship with our shared mission and goals
  • Experience engagement opportunities set aside solely for people who have made Benedictine College an important part of
    their lasting legacy

Any gift, no matter how small or large, will make a huge impact on our vision to become one of the great Catholic colleges in America. Members of the Legacy Society will be honored on a donor wall in Legacy Hall and at an annual event. You can learn more about legacy giving here.
